Deliverables are the intermediate objectives that allow to describe concrete and verifiable results of the activities carried out up to that moment (tasks) leading to the fulfillment of the final objectives (or milestones) of the project.

A deliverable can be a wide variety of development products and is classified, according to its nature, into:

Physical, in the case of an achieved result, a manufactured product or a service provided as a prototype or a training course, workshops, labs….

Documental, when you are talking about a project management document such as a technical report, a communication plan or a business plan, publications, reports..

Intangible: new knowledge (in report), added value tried …
